Welcome to the very first "What's New" page for PawTask! We're super excited to introduce PawTask, your new personal organization tool that takes productivity to the next level. With a sleek, thoughtfully designed interface, PawTask makes it easy and enjoyable to keep track of your tasks, events, and projects - all in one place.

Apple Calendar Integration

In the Planner area, your Apple Calendar is synced with PawTask. Now you can:
• View and manage events already in your Apple Calendar directly from PawTask.
• Create new tasks with specific dates and see them alongside your calendar events. Just drag and drop them - no more switching between apps! (Mac only, for now)
• Everything you need to plan your day is in one spot, giving you a unified view of your time.

Note: The Planner is still a work in progress, and future updates will bring more features and improvements, like new calendar views. Task drag and drop is still in development, but the basics already work!

Areas and Projects

You can create different Areas, like "School," "Work," or "Personal," and within each area, add Projects to better categorize your tasks:
• Create specific projects, like "Math Class" or "Work Project X," and organize your tasks in a clear, structured way.
• Break down each project into sections, sorting tasks by categories or progress stages. This helps you get a clear view of where everything stands.
• Each project can have detailed tasks, deadlines, and reminders, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Your Pet Companion

You can choose a pet to be your personal assistant and also can even change the app icon to match it!
• Personalize your pet to keep things fun.
• Your pet is there to motivate you, just like we are! (They sleep a lot though)

Other Features

Your tasks, areas, and projects are now automatically synced across all your Apple devices, so you're always up to date no matter where you are.
